The British singer Melanie C will make a concert in Albufeira , in the new year´s Night still with Boss AC.
 The ex-spice girl Melanie C will be head of the festival poster of end-of-year in Albufeira. The British pop singer will act in Praia dos Pescadores, in Albufeira, from 00:15 hours of the day on January 1, 2007, to give impetus to the new year.

Melanie C, the name Melanie Chisholm, was part of the “girls band” Spice Girls, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Victoria Adams (now Victoria Beckham) and Geri Halliwell.

The show happens after the fire of artifice in Praia dos Pescadores where the ex-Spice Girl present his latest album “Beautiful Intentions.”

The performances in the new years party in Albufeira Algarve, have ensured the participation of Luis Represas, André Sardet and Boss AC. Sardet acts to December 29 in Largo Eng Duarte Pacheco. Represas to 30 in Marina. And Boss AC in Praia dos Pescadores before midnight. All shows take place at 22:00 hours, except for the concert of Melanie C, scheduled for 00h15. The initiative this year will have an investment of 400 thousand euros. It is organized by the local authority in partnership with the Agency for the Promotion of Albufeira and Marina de Albufeira, with the possibility of entry of more partners
